【ミヒャエルシュタイン室内合唱団について】

ミヒャエルシュタイン室内合唱団は1991年に設立されました。歌い手はドイツ全土から集まっており、過去900年間の音楽に対する、世界初録音と魅惑的な解釈で知られています。

In its 34 years of existence, the Michaelstein Chamber Choir has gained an international reputation for its stylistically confident, emotionally stirring and entertaining interpretations of a broad repertoire ranging from the 11th century to contemporary music. The (re)discovery of old and new is the main focus, with particular interest in the Central German and Eastern European musical landscapes.

Founded at the Michaelstein Monastery (Institute for historically informed performances), the ensemble, whose singers come from all parts of Germany, regularly collaborates with internationally renowned instrumental ensembles and musical personalities.

International competition successes, numerous CD, radio and TV productions with world premiere recordings, modern revivals, collaborations and concerts as Germany's official musical ambassador in Italy, Russia, Israel, Poland, the Czech Republic, Belgium, France and Japan, among others, bear witness to the high-profile work of the Michaelstein Chamber Choir.

Conductor

Sebastian Göring is the conductor of the Michaelstein Chamber Choir. He studied orchestral and choral conducting, as well as music education, voice training, and computer science in Weimar and Jena. He works internationally as a conductor, juror and lecturer.
